Technical Security Design Manager

You will be working for a specific client, supporting global strategy for physical security technology across their sites in EMEA and APAC regions. This role will oversee the design, installation, commissioning, integration, scalability, and performance of key security access control and VMS systems.
You will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, external vendors, and project design leaders to ensure our clients physical security technology meets both operational performance goals and regulatory compliance across all global regions.
In this capacity, you will be required to apply strategic expertise to the development of these programs and ensure that our clients security technology deployment is maximised for both performance and cost efficiency. You will serve as the technical security subject matter expert, identifying and focusing on technical security solutions and front-end engineering design.

You will be working on a large scale project and be required to facilitate the Design, Implementation and Commissioning elements throughout the course of the delivery programme. You will require a strong understanding of IT and AV systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
This role will oversee the design, installation and commissioning of key aspects of the project, which include connectivity infrastructure which will support integrations with Electronic Security, Audio Visual and Wireless systems ensuring there is a key focus on future scalability for our client.
You will be required to provide technical guidance and support to the team, potentially involving hands-on work with AV equipment, IT infrastructure, or software.
Tracking deployment progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting on status to stakeholders. It's also likely there will be a requirement for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of deployments, including user acceptance testing and post-deployment support.
